Returns And Exchanges

Here at Silviax Jewelry, we strive to make every piece of personalized jewelry as precious and beautiful as the moment it commemorates. If your item has arrived damaged or has an error, please let us know immediately. Silviax will arrange a replacement and cover the return postage.

Please do not return items directly to the address above.
For any return or exchange application, you must contact our customer service first to obtain assistance and a valid return address.
Any return or exchange without prior approval from customer service will not be accepted.

All returned items must be packed in their original packaging and remain in unused, resalable condition.


Does Silviax Jewelry guarantee its products?

Of course! We are 100% committed to making you happy. Each piece of jewelry is hand-checked by a member of Team Silviax before shipment to ensure the best quality. While we make every effort to ensure your jewelry arrives in perfect condition, unexpected issues may occasionally occur.


60-Day Return & Exchange Conditions

1. Full Coverage Return/Exchange Policy (60 days)

Silviax covers return postage and replacement fees.

This applies if:

  • We sent the wrong item(s)
  • You received damaged or defective items
  • The product has quality issues

Please take photos of the item(s) and contact us immediately. We will exchange for the same product, or an item of equal or lesser value.

2. Limited Coverage Return/Exchange Policy (60 days)

Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Silviax will refund 50% of the product amount only.

This applies to customer-initiated returns including:

  • Wrong size/color/material selected
  • Incorrect name or personal details provided by customer
  • Changed mind, dislike the design, or other personal reasons

You must email us within 10 days of receiving your order (based on tracking delivery date).

Important notes:

  • Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Discounts tied to minimum purchase requirements may be invalidated after partial returns.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • The customer is fully responsible for the return package until it is received by our team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following situations are NOT covered under our 60-day return/exchange policy:

  • Customized/personalized jewelry returned for non-quality-related reasons
  • Products damaged by exposure to corrosive substances, chemicals, pools, hot tubs, or harsh cleaning products
  • Products damaged by misuse, mishandling, or improper maintenance
  • Items returned without original packaging or in unsalable condition
  • Returns sent directly without prior approval from customer service

Over time, oxidized silver may darken. This is normal and can be restored with a silver polishing cloth.


Change Order

All Silviax jewelry is personalized. Production normally takes 5–10 business days.

  • During production, we cannot change material, name, or color.
  • If you still request changes to material/name/color, a 50% re-personalization fee will apply.
  • For necklaces only: length adjustments may be possible for a $2 fee, requiring an additional 2 business days.
  • For rings and earrings: size cannot be changed once production has started.

Cancel Order

As personalized items begin production immediately, cancellation terms are as follows:

  • Cancellation within 24 hours: full refund
  • Cancellation after 24 hours but within 48 hours: 10% design fee deducted
  • Cancellation after 48 hours: 50% processing fee deducted

Lost Parcel

  • If the parcel is lost in transit due to carrier error: Silviax will re-customize and reship for free.
  • If the parcel is lost or unclaimed due to insufficient/wrong address or missed pickup: Silviax will re-make the items but the customer is responsible for new shipping fees.

Please double-check your address, zip code, and telephone number when placing an order.


Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
It normally takes 7–15 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing speed.

If your refund has not arrived after this period, please contact us at service@silviax.com.

Note: All refund requests require prior approval from customer service. Refunds without prior application will not be accepted.
